Home Communion

Almost every week we have members and friends in the community who, due to health issues, are unable to join us for Sunday services. Many of them, whether long or short term, request home communion on a regular basis (usually once a month, but sometimes more often).

Since attending to the spiritual care of all of our people is paramount in our calling as Christians, we have a dedicated team of Lay Eucharistic Visitors, who are trained in the pastoral and liturgical skills of providing the blessed sacraments in a home or care facility environment. Teams of two go out after church on most Sundays to bring that morning’s Eucharist to those on our schedule or in acute need. Weekday visits can also be arranged upon occasion.

Please contact the office at (626) 357-7071, ext. 101, to request and arrange visitations.
